Restart the Print Spooler Service The Print Spooler is responsible for managing print jobs sent to your Xerox printer. If it encounters an error, your printer may go offline. To restart it, open the Run dialog (press Windows + R), type services.msc, and press Enter. Locate Print Spooler, right-click it, and choose Restart. This refreshes the print queue and allows pending jobs to be processed. If restarting doesn’t work, try clearing the print queue by deleting all pending print jobs in the Devices and Printers menu before restarting the spooler again.
