"Southern Septic Service was founded in 1991 by Allan Lundeen. Allan chose this business after seeing the success his father had with his septic business in Drain, Oregon. After many years of success with servicing septic tanks Allan added portable toilet rentals to the business. He provided service for many years to Douglas County including to the US Forest Service and Oregon Department of Forestry in support of firefighting efforts. Upon his unexpected passing in 2020 his daughters made the decision to continue the business. Amanda Hayes and her family made the trip back and forth from Klamath falls for nearly 2 years working to help the business continue. They were able to fully relocated to Douglas County in late 2021. Lacey Lundeen was living in Virginia serving in the US Army and would continue to serve until 2021 when she was able to retired after 20 years of service and relocated to Douglas County. Amanda and Lacey continue to provide service to Douglas County with the help of their wonderful staff."  | |
